Please ensure that you have measured accurately as no refunds or credits will be issued for changes to measurements, or if you change your mind.
CONSUMER GUARANTEE
In the event that there are any manufacturing faults or product failure we will address these concerns and make good the situation according to the prevailing legislation.
Any claims for damage or faults must be advised within 10 days of receiving the product. Should you experience any problems with the product please contact us immediately (

We reserve the right to inspect product and sight proof of purchase as part of assessing any warranty claims.
Under reasonable conditions and with proper use, curtains should last 3-5 years. Warranty claims outside this period may not be considered. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Colour shade can vary slightly between custom made curtains and the same ready made curtain in store. We take all care to minimise shade variation and it will be within commercial tolerance.
